The Center hosts several signature events each year that bring together thousands of philanthropists, activists, creatives, and community members to raise funds that go toward providing vital services and programs to New York's LGBTQ+ community. Our events help increase awareness of vital issues, raise critical funds, and celebrate our community.

Center Dinner

Center Dinner, our largest annual gala, brings together almost 1,000 supporters of The Center, making the event one of the largest gatherings of the LGBTQ+ community and allies in the NYC area.

One of New York City's longest running Pride events, Garden Party is a celebration of LGBTQ+ joy. Garden Party is an outdoor Pride celebration that kicks off Pride Week in New York City, featuring extraordinary performances, music, special guests, seasonal tastings from some of NYC’s best chefs and restaurants, and more.

Broadway Backwards is an annual celebration of LGBTQ+ stories told through the great songs of musical theater. The star-studded benefit performance is produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, and funds the life-saving programs and services of both BC/EFA and The Center.
