The Center's LGBTQ+ Career Fair

The Center is dedicated to helping LGBTQ+ job seekers obtain the skills, resources, and networks necessary to improve their personal economies. Ultimately, we aim to see LGBTQ+ individuals represented across all careers and levels of leadership in every industry. Take the first step toward that goal by attending our LGBTQ+ Career Fair!

What to Expect:

  • Exhibitor Hall with dozens of LGBTQ+-affirming employers from across New York City.
  • Networking opportunities designed with queer and trans professionals in mind.
  • On-site job readiness support, including resume feedback and coaching from community partners.
  • Skill-building workshops to help you take the next step in your career.

Whether you’re just starting out, making a career change, or seeking leadership opportunities, this is your chance to get inspired, build connections, and move forward with purpose.

Please bring printed copies of your resume to share with employers. While onsite interviews will not take place, resumes will be collected at check-in and shared with participating companies.
