About Center Youth
At The Center, we believe that all LGBTQ+ youth deserve to celebrate who they are, what makes them unique, and why they matter. We provide a safe, inclusive, affirming environment where LGBTQ+ youth can connect with peers, build leadership skills, and take care of their mental and physical health.
Youths ages 13-22 are welcome to participate in our in-person and virtual programs, services, and events. Everything we offer is free and confidential.

We know that being an LGBTQ+ young person can mean experiencing a lot of overwhelming circumstances and emotions. The Center is here to get you the support you need. You can meet with counselors who understand what you are going through and find solidarity and support with other LGBTQ+ young people.

Youth Social Groups
Tuesdays, 5:30–7:00 p.m.
Join the Clubhouse Peer Coaches in exploration of important and interesting topics and fun activities.
Thursdays, 5:30–7:00 p.m.
There is no limit to the discussion topics. Come mingle and eat snacks while we discuss current events, social issues, community happenings and the things that matter to you!
Thursdays, 4:00-5:30 p.m.
Do you consider yourself a “Gaymer”? Gaymers provides a space for people interested in playing various board, card and video games to get to know each other. Come play with us!
Mondays, 5:30–7:00 p.m.
Come by Gender X to unpack gender together. We discuss everything from trans culture to trans resistance. Topics range from TGNC music, media, experiences, and education. Inviting all trans, gender questioning and gender non-conforming folks to join— community is resistance.
Mondays, 4:00–5:30 p.m.
Whether you’ve got some serious pipes, or don’t think you can sing at all, we all have a blast in this weekly karaoke time!
Tuesdays, 4:00–5:30 p.m.
Discuss everything sex related, get accurate sexual health info and create safe sex kits to share in the community.
Daily, 3:00–4:00 p.m.
Daily drop-in hours in the Center Youth computer lab. Check your email, Facebook, work on that job search or college application!
Fridays, 5:30–7:00 p.m.
A weekly queer film screening followed by discussion. Have suggestions for movies to watch? Let us know!
Wednesdays, 5:30–7:00 p.m.
Need help with adulting but don’t know where to start? So, Basically is meant to provide youth with a foundation in skills and understanding of financial literacy, cooking, home up-keeping projects, filing your taxes and countless other tools that are necessary to navigate society as fully functioning young adults.
Fridays, 4:00–5:30 p.m.
Come explore your creative side and express yourself at our Queer Art Group! Each week we will work on different art projects and activities with an LGBT twist.
Wednesdays, 4:00–5:30 p.m.
A welcoming space for folx across all identities, with discussions tackling aspects of intersectional queer identities, body-image, pop-culture, media, literature and history.
