Transgender Day of Visibility

Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) is a day to celebrate the lives and contributions of transgender people, while also drawing attention to the economic disadvantages, discrimination, and violence the community faces.

It's really important for transgender people to be seen through authentic, diverse, and accurate stories that reflect the actual lived experiences of trans people; both for themselves and for those people who believe they’ve never met a transgender person.
