HIV AND AIDS

Since our founding in 1983, The Center has been fully committed to providing HIV and AIDS services to our community, which has been profoundly affected by the AIDS epidemic. Although awareness and treatment have improved vastly over the years, HIV and AIDS remain a serious threat to our communities.

We offer counseling for individuals, groups, couples and families, plus a variety of events, speakers and informal social gatherings for positive people and their loved ones. Our programs provide support for people infected and affected by HIV and AIDS and, thanks to our generous donors, we do it free of charge.

We offer:

TGNC SUPPORT

The Center’s gender identity programming fosters the healthy development of transgender and gender nonconforming people, partners, family and community. Through a range of transgender-driven supportive services, advocacy, outreach, education and capacity-building, The Center creates a safe and healthy atmosphere for community connection, wellness and leadership development.

The Center’s programming provides an opportunity for trans-identified individuals to interact with other trans-identified and allied service providers, who serve as both powerful role models and sources of support.

Our certified navigator staff is here to help you figure out what plan is right for you, what you can afford and how to complete enrollment.
