Queer Voices: NYC Film Festival is a 3-day event hosted at the historic Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center that celebrates LGBTQIA+ filmmakers of color from around the world and across all 5 Boroughs of New York City.
This panel will provide an in-depth look at BIPOC and queer representation in film and television from a writer’s perspective. We aim to discuss the current state of the industry, the impact of recent changes, and practical advice for aspiring and current writers.
