Project Sel presents Sound Sessions, a two-part sound therapy series that invites participants to embrace collective healing through sound and community. For part one, join us for a grounding meditation and restorative sound bath, followed by a facilitated group discussion on suicide prevention and mental health, led by a licensed bilingual English & Spanish speaking therapist. Throughout the event, Project Sel will share suicide prevention, mental health, and immigration-related resources. Light refreshments will be provided.
This event is proudly presented as part of The Center’s Activist-In-Residence Fellowship, which supports LGBTQ+ changemakers using art and advocacy to advance equity, justice, and community healing.
