From the upcoming election to questions about interest rates and the economy, many people are paying close attention to the status of their legal rights and financial planning situations to protect themselves and their loved ones. OPEN Finance and the LGBT Bar Association of New York are pleased to co-host this panel discussion, taking place at the LGBT Community Center for the general public, on the basics of trusts & estates and wills, family law, and financial planning with an LGBTQ+ community focus.
Our panel of 2 attorneys and 2 finance professionals will offer some insights and general tips on items and questions people may want to consider and address. This will not be a forum for individualized advice, but instead a general overview listeners can take to their own attorneys and financial planners and financial planning if they choose.
