Center Youth: Body Talk

We all have bodies – let’s get together and talk about how we feel about them! Topics range from body image, body neutrality vs. body positivity, our relationship with our body and more! No matter how you feel about your body, this group is a place to explore body image and gain skills in caring for ourselves and others. For ages 13-22.
