This group is designed for Center Works members aging out of Youth programming. Members will have the opportunity to share experiences about leaving behind adolescence, finding community in adulthood, and providing support for those who fear bringing their authentic identities into the workplace.

Members in the ALUM group will learn hands-on skills that will help them navigate challenges when beginning their careers. Members will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills when championing group topics, group facilitation, group presentations, collaborations with Center Works staff, and more.
