Center Series: Case Management and Support Services

This presentation will provide an overview of the Center’s Case Management services, which support LGBTQ+ individuals, understanding that these needs often intersect, our team takes a holistic approach to connecting community members with vital services. We will explore pathways to economic stability, transgender advocacy and support, housing assistance, and access to public benefits, highlighting how these services work together to create greater access, security, and empowerment for those we serve.
