Dr. Seven Rasmussen is an author, astrobiologist, and science communicator based in Brooklyn. She is an instructor at Columbia University and various CUNY institutions. Dr. Rasmussen’s debut non-fiction, CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF STARSHIPS: HOW THE DRAKE EQUATION REVEALS THE OFFS OF LIFE IN THE UNIVERSE, comes to shelves August 4th of this year.
