Internet and Technology Addicts Anonymous NYC

Internet and Technology Addicts Anonymous meets in-person every Saturday from 2-3pm. We are a Twelve-Step fellowship of individuals who support each other in recovering from internet and technology addiction. This includes addiction to social media, smartphones, streaming video or audio content, games, news, pornography, dating apps, online research, online shopping, or any other digital activity that becomes compulsive and problematic. We practice observing and letting go of internet and technology use that helps us escape our lives or numb our emotions, and instead progressively seek to develop a minimal and purposeful relationship with our devices.
