Cycle for the Cause

Cycle for the Cause is The Center’s annual three-day, 275-mile charity bike ride from Boston to New York City that raises millions to fund the fight against AIDS.

Just like you, we are committed to ending the AIDS epidemic. We hold many identities and experiences: we’re young and old, LGBTQ+ and allied, first-time riders and avid cyclists. We take a stand against stigma and discrimination. We forge lifelong friendships. Together we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people living with HIV and AIDS gain access to affordable care and medication, supported their mental health through individual and group counseling, and ultimately helped them live happy and healthier lives.
