During The Center’s Summer Camp in NYC, you'll have the opportunity to connect with fellow LGBTQ+ peers in a supportive and inclusive environment. Our camp is designed to help LGBTQ+ youth make new friends and build lasting relationships while having fun and exploring all that New York City has to offer.
Our day camp model allows for visits to New York City attractions and fun summer activities. From exploring Central Park to visiting museums and taking part in outdoor adventures, there's something for everyone at our summer camp. And the best part? Food, transportation, and admission are all provided, and the camp is completely free!
We're seeking individuals with strong leadership, facilitation, flexibility, and creativity for our team. Responsibilities include active participation in meetings, collaborating with staff and fellow members, fostering group cohesion and excitement, assisting in camp activities, providing support to campers, ensuring safety protocols, and other tasks as required. This is a paid position!
