Center Support: Keys to Success

Keys to Success is Center Support's Monthly queer professional speakers' series held on the last Tuesday of every month from 4:30 to 6pm. This group consists of casual conversation between our community members and our guest speaker, through a Q&A setup style. Our guest speaker is always a queer professional and during this conversation they share the how they overcame challenges to continue to thrive within their industry. This is an open space for queer people to learn more about professions that interest them, network and find a sense of community within these professions being presented to them.

This month’s Keys to Success speaker is Matthew Calayag, an expert in luxury retail and education, who turned his passion for fragrance into a career of connection and storytelling. From starting on the boutique floor to leading education for Diptyque Paris across North America, Matthew has built a career focused on creating authentic, emotionally-driven client experiences. His belief that "education anchored in authenticity, emotion, and expertise is the most powerful way to inspire client loyalty and elevate the brand experience" guides his work and leadership.
