ABOUT LUZERNE MCALLISTER Luzerne McAllister II is responsible for supporting the development of PepsiCo’s Global Diversity & Engagement strategy, Employee Resource Group (ERG) expansion strategy, and agendas for the Black (US), Latinx (US), and LGBTQI+ (Global) cohorts. He is the Founding Principal of IELI Group, LLC which offers keynote, executive coaching, and consulting services. He is also the Founder of Rolodex Global, a professional development network focused on elevating LGBTQ+ professionals of African descent, Chair of NYU Stern LGBTQ Alumni Committee, and a member of the NYU Stern Alumni Council.
As a Consortium fellow and scholarship recipient, Luzerne received his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, where he graduated with a specialization in Global Business, having traveled to 42 cities throughout 18 countries, received a certificate of completion from Guanghua School of Management, and alumni status at London Business School. Luzerne earned his B.S. from The Wharton School of the University of PA.
