Just Breathe is a virtual space for community members to come together and ground themselves with guided meditation led by a skilled emotional wellness practitioner. In addition to the meditation, the facilitator will share other mindfulness practices that attendees can use to mitigate feelings of stress and anxiety. Meetings will take place online; anyone interested is encouraged to use the registration link below. The group is capped at 15 participants.
