Queer Figure Drawing

Join us for an evening of queer figure drawing at The LGBT Center! We’re four friends who bonded over our shared love of queer art. After taking a figure drawing class together, we saw a need for queer representation in figurative drawing. We’re excited to draw with you!

Anyone is welcome. Please bring your own materials. Short-form poses (3-7 minutes). Instruction will not be provided but artists of all levels are welcome.

Cost Transparency:

We do not make any money from this. Rather, we volunteer our time to organize community connection and collect $15 per person to cover the cost of the space and to pay the model for their time. The space costs $60 an hour. We pay our models $60 an hour plus tips. After paying for the space and the model’s time, any leftover proceeds go to the model.
