Let's Process! meets every Monday from 5-6:30pm EST. This event is In-Person.
Intake Required to Join
Being a twenty-something can be…a lot. Whether you’re adjusting
to “adulting,” dealing with housing/roommates, exploring the
world of dating, or looking for the right job—there is a lot to
process!
Join us for Let’s Process!, a new in-person group where you can
share your experiences with others, make connections, explore
your communication style, and work on interpersonal skills. Learn
to stay engaged when faced with issues of comparison, conflict,
self-doubt, and vulnerability. Build resiliency and learn to celebrate
yourself.
Let’s Process! will meet Mondays, 5-6:30 p.m., for 10 weeks starting
January 24. Open to people ages 18-30. Metrocards are provided,
as well as a $100 gift card upon group completion. To learn more
