The group hopes attendees leave the meeting thinking about the A.A.’s that paved the path for us; curious to learn about and from them\, and more importantly\, our role in becoming them for those that come after us. Learned and Humbled is a Step\, Tradition\, and Concept meeting that rotates through a four-week cycle that includes a step\, a tradition\, a concept and a speaker who shares the evolution of these ideals in their story.

There are no dues\, fees\, or weigh-ins at FA meetings. FA is a fellowship of individuals who\, through shared experience and mutual support\, are recovering from the disease of food addiction. FA members are people of all ages from every part of the world\, people who were morbidly obese\, substantially underweight\, or even at a normal weight. Regardless of their size\, they were tormented by cravings\, dieting\, bulimia\, and/or an obsession with exercise. In FA they found hope and recovery\, and so can you.
