DESCRIPTION:Project Sel presents Sound Sessions\, a two-part sound therapy series that invites participants to embrace collective healing through sound and community. For part one\, join us for a grounding meditation and restorative sound bath\, followed by a facilitated group discussion on suicide prevention and mental health\, led by a licensed bilingual English & Spanish speaking therapist. Throughout the event\, Project Sel will share suicide prevention\, mental health\, and immigration-related resources.
