Scope and Content
20 small collage books, c. 4x6x2 inches, containing Griego’s collages. The collages are composed primarily of images from magazines and other publications. They encompass a wide range of themes, many are of a sexual nature.
History or Bio
Steve Griego, 1959 – 1994, is described by his friend Roberta Schine as “…an artist, an activist, a dance teacher and my best friend…” Roberta Schine’s full statement regarding Steve Griego, which accompanied her donation of this collection to the Archives, appears as page 2A.
