Scope and Content
The collection consists primarly of t-shirts and other pride event apparel. The bulk of the collection centers on Heritage of Pride (HOP), and other New York City pride events. Much of the documents consist of papers related to the merchandise committee, and other HOP business.The collection also has documents and clothing related to national, regional, and international pride events. The second largest portion of the collection are from InterPride events.

Russell Murphy was with Heritage of Pride for many years, holding various positions in the organization including merchandise committee chair member.
