On Tuesday, February 28, The Center’s Young Leaders will partner with nightlife maven Susanne Bartsch for a risque cabaret extraordinaire from some of the best variety performers New York City has to offer. A cross between a night at the theater and a burlesque circus, this one-night-only show will benefit the life-saving programs and services The Center provides to thousands of LGBTQ+ community members throughout the year.
Center Dinner, our largest annual gala, brings together almost 1,000 supporters of The Center, making the event one of the largest gatherings of the LGBTQ+ community and allies in the NYC area. The evening raises critical funds to support our life-saving and life-enhancing programs, while bringing together influential LGBTQ+ community members and allies to celebrate those who are doing this work, and whose efforts are ushering in a more just and equitable world.

Fashion Centered is a unique invitation-only dinner that has brought together fashion industry leaders since 2013. Each year, this event, featuring an exclusive performance, raises funds for our vital programs here at The Center.

Garden Party is an outdoor Pride celebration that kicks off Pride Week in New York City, featuring extraordinary performances, music, special guests, seasonal tastings from some of NYC’s best chefs and restaurants, and more. The event, held on Hudson River Park’s Piers, has been a long-standing fixture in the vast array of activities that occur during New York City’s bustling Pride month. Over 2,000 guests enjoy refreshing drinks and bites while watching inspirational performances with the sun setting over the Hudson River skyline.

Cycle for the Cause is The Center’s annual three-day, 275-mile charity bike ride from Boston to New York City that raises millions to fund the fight against AIDS. Over the past 23 years, more than 22,000 riders have traveled over 6 million miles to make our work possible.

The Center’s Career Fair is one of the largest of its kind on the East Coast, featuring 40+ major employers from the NYC-metropolitan area and 500+ attendees. Employers meet with diverse and talented candidates, and community members have the opportunity to meet employers that value LGBTQ+ diversity in the workplace. The day also features various career panels and workshops that enrich participants’ experiences.
Exhibiting is a benefit for our Annual Corporate Partners.

Women’s Event is The Center’s annual fall gala that celebrates trailblazing individuals who strive to achieve equality and create a more just world for LGBTQ+ individuals. The event, in its 26th year, raises funds to sustain The Center’s programmatic and advocacy goals; keep our doors open year-round; and provide a refuge for our entire community.
